Determining Your Condition Through Hemroid Symptoms
Different hemroid symptoms may be manifested through itching or bleeding and every kind must be dealt with appropriately. Internal hemorrhoid symptoms and external hemroid symptoms have case to case difoferences, which must be understood first to come up with distinct ways of dealing with each case.
What are External Hemroid Symptoms
Difficulty in moving the bowels and pain in the rectal section are external hemroid symptoms resulting from the blockage in the area. The painful obstruction may cause blood clot and lump formation under the skin. This lumped condition under the skin is called a thrombosed condition and therefore also known as thrombosed hemorrhoids.
Sometimes this may also happen that when your stool is exceptionally hard and you are striving to put all your pressure on it to make it come out, you will notice blood spots on the stool. This bleeding is rare and uncommon, but it may happen. It is usually a common place issue with an internal hemorrhoid but not so much with an external one.
What are Internal Hemroid Symptoms
Bleeding is the first symptom with which you can catch a hint of internal hemorrhoid. The blood in the stool is due to rectal bleeding which is a frequent symptom. Generally you pass blood, fresh and crimson in color, with your stool and then know that you have an internal condition that you need to be cured. The odds of acquiring anemia due to rectal bleeding is quite small, although it is better not to completely disregard the possibility.
Internal hemorrhoids manifests symptoms other than rectal bleeding alone, and thus it is important to know other signs as well. The best would always be to consult a doctor but you can check the preliminaries if you want to.
Irritation is another symptom of the condition and is coupled with itchiness. The hemorrhoids release mucous that irritates the lining in the rectum. As such, the anal skin starts having an irritation reaction which becomes prevalent to us in the form of itching. The unavoidable itching sensation is felt around the anal opening and inside the anus.
Skin irritation is another common hemroid symptom aside from anal itching. A person with internal hemorrhoid often has skin irritation in the back and on the buttocks. Formation of very tiny acne type mater is also known to have been found in person affected with internal hemroids. This is formed due to the same mucus secreted. Mucus may ooze from hemroids that are huge enough to stick out of the anal opening resulting to irritation of nearby skin tissue.
Often, sitting down causes excruciating pain which is one of the hemroid symptoms. You may also feel that you need to pass stool at all times. The feeling of fullness in the rectal region is due to the presence and pressure of hemroids. You may even get this feeling immediately after you get out of the toilet.
An intense hemroid symptom can come as pain that can be alleviated through pain killing medicines.
